30-day returns on unused Driftlight orders in original packaging, with refunds to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

You have 30 days from delivery to return your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Email hello@driftlight.shop with your order number and we will send the return address and instructions. No forms, no phone calls.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we inspect it and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive an email when it is processed.
Damaged on arrival
If your Driftlight arrives damaged, we replace it free. Email a photo of the damage and the packaging to hello@driftlight.shop and we will ship a replacement.
Accessories
The same 30-day window applies to the Pebble Remote, Drift Stand, and Carry Shell, whether ordered alone or with a main unit.
