Plain-language Driftlight terms: USD pricing, a 1-year warranty against defects, liability limited to the purchase price, governed by Delaware law.
Pricing and currency
All prices are in US dollars. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay; there are no hidden fees and no subscriptions.
Warranty
Every Driftlight and accessory carries a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a unit fails under normal use within that year, email hello@driftlight.shop and we will repair or replace it.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Not a medical device
Driftlight is an atmosphere device. It is not a medical device and makes no health claims. If you are sensitive to light effects, consider how you respond to dim, slow-moving light before purchasing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Plain English is the intent; if anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it.
